Mindset

It was through training that I improved my self-image and found confidence. When that happened, a lightbulb went off. Training isn’t just reps, calories, or consistency. It’s about mindset too! I want every client to reach their physical potential and reprogram their mind for health and self-love! So, our first step in working together will be getting your mindset in the right place.

Building the habit to go the gym is not easy; but once we establish a routine, it becomes second nature. What we fuel our bodies with is essential to achieving your goals. But not everybody is the same. Age, weight, gender, and lifestyle are all factors that come into play when we make a meal plan. Plus, it has to taste good and be sustainable. No cardboard chicken and soggy veggies here! Real good food, for real results!

I'm Jonah. Self-proclaimed Fitness enthusiast.


I was an athlete my whole life until 2 years ago. I suffered from recurring injuries so decided to quit basketball and just focus on working out. I started learning more & more about how to build muscle through personal experience and watching countless hours of YouTube videos on how to do it alongside other health & mindset tips.


I fell in love with working out and self improvement and decided I wanted to make this my job & teach others how to do it too.


My why as a fitness trainer is my experience with not feeling confident & having a low self esteem in the past. I wanted to improve my self image and feel good about myself. By working out I've also come to the realization that working on your mindset is just as important also.


I want to help people reach their physical potential but also help teach them how to reprogram there mind for health & self love too because I believe you need both to be in balance and live your best life.
